Pet & Parking Policies

St Martin utilizes to screen household pets, validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, and confirm every resident understands our pet policies. To facilitate the screening and validation process, PetScreening offers our applicants and residents help managing pet and animal records. All current and future residents are required to create a profile, even if there will not be a pet in the apartment. If a pet will reside in the apartment, upon completion of the profile, a Fido Score will be generated for each pet. The Fido Score determines if your pet is accepted and the applicable applicable fees. See our list of restricted dog breeds below. Applicants and Residents are responsible for the Profile Fee. There is a monthly/per-pet fee that will be added to lease agreements. This does not include the fee.

  • Pet policy: We implement a 2-pet limit per apartment home. Please contact the office for pet fee and pet rent amounts required for each pet. Not approved but not limited to, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Presa Canarios, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies. Including any mix of the breeds listed above.
  • Parking Comment: Please call our leasing office for our parking policy.
  • $1000 off first full month on select units
